Flint Creek Outfitters is a family owned, full service outdoor destination store. Whether you’re backpacking, camping cycling or fly fishing FCO is fully equipped to outfit any outdoor expedition. With full lines of men’s and women’s clothing a large pet section, a fully stocked hiking, camping and cycling departments capped off with one of the largest fly fishing departments in North & Central Florida.

Flint Creek has something for everyone From camper sales to a one-of-a-kind outfitter store, FCO is a culmination of years of a family’s hard work and dedication. In 1965 the company opened as Apache Trailer Sales on the family’s small farm with the intention of providing enough extra income to put the founders’ three children through college.

The company grew to not only provide camping equipment but to sell travel trailers, motor homes providing full service for all. In 1980 the founder sold the company and relocated to Gibsonton, Florida entering the arena of Mobile Home Park and RV park development. The company still owns Fisherman’s Cove a RV Park and full service marina in Tavares, Florida.

Regardless of clients outdoor experience, Flint Creek Outfitter’s friendly and knowledgeable sales staff is on-hand to offer advice, answer questions, and to help make your outdoor adventure dreams a reality. In 2008 FCO was opened in Ocala to share the founder’s passion and love of the outdoors with the intent of helping people fulfill the outdoor adventure dreams. FCO is passionate about Quality, Uniqueness, and Adventure. Flint Creek’s Dade City store has a full service Cycling Department offering new Cannondale bikes and service for any brand and type of bike. A full complement of Cannondale road, cyclo cross and mountain bikes are in stock meeting the needs of any cyclist. Flint Creek Outfitters offers fly fishing schools, camping and cycling demonstrations and will soon be introducing adventure trips.
